AUSA welcomes affiliated organizations, government, exhibitors and sponsors to meet and host various functions during the 2018 AUSA Annual Meeting in Washington, DC, October 8-10, 2018.

AUSA is offering “pop-up” meeting space at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center. Requests will be taken starting Sunday, 7 October through Wednesday, 10 October from 0800 – 1700 and rooms can be utilized through Thursday, October 11. The meeting space may only be reserved for a max of 1 hour and all rooms are set in a standard configuration and cannot be changed. Each room includes 16 chairs seated at primary table with 4 additional perimeter chairs. Additional services including food and beverage, AV and specialty equipment cannot be ordered in these rooms.

Where Are the Pop-Up Meeting Rooms Located?

Pop-up meeting space is located in Room 206 of the Convention Center as well the Marriott Marquis (Eastern Market Room; Gallery Place Room).
