AUSA welcomes affiliated organizations, government, exhibitors and sponsors to meet and host various functions during the 2019 AUSA Annual Meeting in Washington, DC, 14-16 October 2019. Choose to host your function at any of the following locations:

  • Walter E. Washington Convention Center
    All requests for meeting space at the convention center must be submitted using the 2019 AUSA Event Request Form and sent to Please note AUSA receives many requests and meeting space is limited.

  • No run of show space requests allowed. Max time allotted is 2 hours, per day unless special permission is granted.
  • Meeting Space Requests are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Meeting Room rental charges do not include specialty equipment, audio visual, internet, food and beverage or any other costs associated with the room. These charges are the responsibility of the reserving company/organization. A credit card must be on file to process room assignments (for those required to pay a room rental only). If paying by check, the check must be received by AUSA no later than 18 September 2019. Credit cards will be charged on or around 18 September. There will be no refunds or cancellations after the card has been charged or a check has been received.
  • The following meeting room rentals apply at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center:
    • Non-Members not exhibiting or sponsoring: $800.00 per hour
    • National Partners and Community Partners not exhibiting or sponsoring: $400.00 per hour
    • No charge for exhibiting or sponsoring companies, chapters and military/government organizations

Need a Quiet Space for a Quick Onsite Meeting?

AUSA will offer “pop-up” meeting space in the Walter E. Washington Convention Center. These requests can only be made on site starting Sunday, 13 October at 0800 by emailing Please note this meeting space may only be reserved for a max of 1 hour.
