AUSA’s Annual Meeting and Exposition is a major news-making event, attracting press coverage from around the globe and generating articles that continue to appear long after the meeting ends. The Twitter hashtag #AUSA2018 reached 14.1 million people, or about the same number of television views or the 2018 NCAA Final Four.

The AUSA Annual Meeting is not open to the public. All media personnel must show credentials to obtain a badge. Media personnel should report to Room 103A to be credentialed and badged.

The Media room hours are as follows:

13 October 2019 – 1200-1600
14 October 2019 – 0730-1630
15 October 2019 – 0730-1630
16 October 2019 – 0730-1630

AUSA credentials members of the working press to attend the Annual Meeting and provides work space. Freelancers must provide an assignment letter from a publisher or editor. AUSA reserves the right to deny a media badge request if proper identification and media credentials are not provided.

Professional military forums are open and on the record. Media credentials and a badge provide access to the exhibit hall.
