  • GUARD/RESERVE BREAKFAST

    This breakfast recognizes outstanding chapter efforts in support of Reserve Component Soldiers and Families. Seating is limited to 500. For more information, contact Stan Crow.
     
  • FAMILY READINESS NETWORKING BREAKFAST
    0730-0900; RM 201
    The AUSA Family Readiness Directorate will host a buffet-style networking breakfast just prior to the opening ceremony of the Annual Meeting. Military family members and supporters of military families are welcome. Cost is $20 AUSA Members | $30 Non-AUSA members. Seating is limited to 200.
     
  • GENERAL OFFICER SPOUSE MENTORSHIP PROGRAM (goSmp) LUNCH
    1130-1330; Room 201
    This event is a ticketed, by invitation-only event for Spouses of General Officers (all components).
    Program details will be included in your invitation. Cost is $27. Seating is limited to 140.
     
  • COMMUNITY PARTNER LUNCHEON
    1230-1430; Marriott Marquis, Salon 1-5
    This luncheon honors AUSA Community Partner Members and their many contributions to the chapters’ programs to support soldiers and their families. Members receive tickets through their local AUSA chapters. Seating is limited to 700 seats.
     
  • ARMY CADET LUNCHEON
    1230-1430; Marriott Marquis, Salon 6-10
    A luncheon for ROTC cadets, ROTC cadre and invited guests. Seating is limited to 410 seats. For more information, contact Angelina Flores.
     
  • INTERNATIONAL MILITARY RECEPTION

    Join industry members for this essential networking opportunity, while celebrating AUSA’s International Military VIPs. This event is limited to invited guests and AUSA National Partner Member companies.
     
  • PRESIDENT’S RECEPTION
    1830 – 2015, Ballroom
    Meet Army leadership, socialize with colleagues, and greet old friends at this no-host event honoring the Secretary of the Army, the Chief of Staff of the Army, Vice Chief of Staff of the Army, and the Sergeant Major of the Army.

  • SENIOR WARRANT OFFICER BREAKFAST

    This breakfast is an opportunity for Warrant Officers to hear from an Army Senior Leader on issues of critical importance to the U.S. Army Warrant Officer community. Seating is limited to 120.
     
  • FAMILY READINESS MUNCH AND MINGLE LUNCHEON
    1200-1300; 207 A/B
    Join the staff of the AUSA Family Readiness Directorate for a one-of-a-kind event. “Munch and Mingle” with colleagues, old friends, and representatives from various military family organizations. Special guests and surprises to be announced. Cost is $20 AUSA Members | $30 Non-AUSA members. Seating is limited to 300.
     
  • EISENHOWER LUNCHEON
    1230-1430; Ballroom
    Open to all attendees. Our keynote speaker, the Chief of Staff of the Army, will deliver the State of the Army address and awards will be presented during this highly-attended, popular luncheon. Tickets are not transferable; seating is assigned by AUSA.
     

WEDNESDAY, 16 OCTOBER 2019

  • ARMY CIVILIAN LUNCHEON
    1200-1400; Marriott Marquis Salon 5
    The luncheon is to open to US government civilians and recognizes the outstanding Department of the Army Civilians of the Year. Seating is limited to 320.
     
  • GEORGE CATLETT MARSHALL MEMORIAL RECEPTION & DINNER
    1830-2115; Ballroom
    The final event of the Annual Meeting, this black-tie reception and dinner honors the recipient of the AUSA’s most prestigious award, the George C. Marshall Memorial Medal. This centerpiece event is attended by Army leadership, AUSA members, International guests, and industry partners. General Martin E. Dempsey, USA Retired, was selected by the Council of Trustees of the Association of the United States Army as the 2019 recipient for sustained commitment to America’s armed forces. Tickets are not transferable; seating is assigned by AUSA.
     

 

VIP INVITATIONS AND TICKETS

AUSA invites general officers, senior Army civilians, and other distinguished VIPs to attend Annual Meeting social events as our guests. These invitations are emailed from the AUSA Operations Center at the end of August 2019. If you have not received your invitation by September 5, 2019, please contact the AUSA Operations Center at meetings@ausa.org. National Award Recipient Registration & Tickets

All national award recipients will receive a housing and ticket form via email from LaSherryn Duncan. Once the form is returned to AUSA, the national award recipient’s registration will be complete. Awardees do not need to re-register for a badge. National award recipients may pick up badges for themselves and their guests at West Registration.
