What is the dress code?

Military ACU/Duty uniform and business attire for civilian attendees.

How do I book a hotel room?

AUSA provides a block of rooms at reduced rates for attendees to the Global Force Symposium and Exposition. Please visit the website and click on Housing for reservations, maps and a listing of hotels.

Will there be a shuttle provided?

AUSA is working on providing shuttles, additional information will be available.

Depending on what hotel you booked some hotels do offer complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport and within a 5 mile radius. Please check with the hotel you booked with to see if this is a service that is included.

Can I use a credit card or check to register?

AUSA accepts checks, American Express, VISA or MasterCard. We do not accept government form 1556 as payment. Please do not send in your registration form without payment – we will be unable to reserve space until payment is received.

What are the refund and cancellation policies for registration?

Refunds will be made for those registrants who cancel in writing prior to close of business 4 March 2016. No refunds for cancellations after that date. Registrations received after COB 4 March 2016 will not be pre-registered. Late registrants will need to register on-site.
